STACKS OP GRAIN BURXED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. A serious fire, in connection with which arson is strongly suspected, topk place at Fordell during Sunday night or early on Monday morning, when 81 stacks of grain, owned by Mr. Chapman, farmer, were destroyed. This stacks wore standing in a number of fields on Mr. Chapman's large furtn, and many were separated by some distance. The destroyed grain was insured in the Phoenix office for f fi()0, but Mr. Chapman places his loss at £2OO above that amount.
