By Telegraph—Press Association. Greymouth, Monday. The industrial dispute at the Blackhall coal mines was settled on Friday before Commisioner ITallv for a term of three, years. The agreement is practically the same as existed prior to the strike, with additional machinery clauses. The State mines dispute has not been settled, and in all probability will be submitted to the Arbitration Court. The question of hewing ratesis the vital point of difference in both disputes.
