Time, SOscc, a \ew Zealand record. Hardwick Handicap, 100yds—Campbell (13see.) 1, Peatry (12sec.) 2. Won by two feet. Time, lmin 12sec. , Neat header—Miss Durack. Visitors' Handicap, 440yds—Final: ITardwiek (scv.) 1, Champion (scr.) 2. Masters and Sinton also started. Champion and Hardwick were almost even till the hist two laps.
