FIGURES FOR JANUARY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night During tie four weeks ended January 31 the railway revenue totalled £302,219—North Island £198,947, South Island £153,271. For the corresponding period of last year the North Island receipts totalled £180,115, and the South Island £148,255. The expenditure last January was £224,555—£125,785 North and £9B, 770 South, as against £122.968 and £99,551 respectively last year. The percentage of expenditure to revenue was 73.27, against 08,44 a year ago.
