DISHONEST WAITERS.
RESTAURANT SUFFERS HEAVILY. Times-Sydney Sun Special Cables. Received 5, 6.5 p.m. London, March 4. A waiter named Clerk, employed at a icstaurant in Soho, was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment for theft. He stated, when arrested, that seven other waiters had stampeded, not waiting to receive their wages. The restaurant takings have since increased by £SO weekly.
