DAXXEVJUKE MEETING. KOOVA WIXS THE CUP. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dannevirke, Last Night. The Danncvirke Jockey Club's Autumn meeting opened to-day in splendid weather. Thsre was a record attendance, and the course was in good order. The new stand and appointments were declared open by the Hon. F. M. B. Fisher, who apologised for the absence of the Prime Minister. Mr. <!. Hunter, president of the Club, also spoke, and declared the intention of the Club to make it one of the premier country institutions in the Dominion. The'sum •f £15,063 was put through the machine, as against £10,071 on the first day of last year. Results are as follow:
