AMERICAN DEMANDS. A MALE-GARBED SPOKESWOMAN. DEBATE IN THE SENATE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 4, 10.55 p.m. Washington, March 3. The House Judiciary Committee received suffrage-and anti-suffrage deputations demanding the constitutional amendment of the United States laws and providing for feminine suffrage.
