SUPREME COURT.
ALLEGED ILLEGAL OPKUATIOX. ACCUSED ACQUITTED. By Telegraph-Press Association. Auckland. Last Night. I-or the third time, a married woman, named Jessie Armstrong, was placed upon her trial at the Supreme Court on a charge of having performed an illeqal operation. On the two preuous occasions the jury had Jailed to agree. After a brief retirement the jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and accused was discharged.
