The water was cold and there was a strong wind. After swimming for an hour and ten minutes he became unconscious. A medical man declares that he was literally frozen to death. The circulation was so retarded that his heart Btopped. NOT THE FAMOUS CHAMPION. Received 3, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, March 3. With reference to the cable relative to Cavill's death, Richard Cavill is at the present time in Sydney. It is believed that the reported death refers to some other member of the famous Australian swimming family. Received 3, 9.55 p.m. Sydney, March 3. The Oavill referred to is Arthur, who was known as "Lums." He was a brother to Richard.
