By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, February A writer in the paper Die Post advocates an immediate war as the only means of extricating Germany from her intolerable situation among the European Powers, lie says that in the lives of nations there are complications and dangers w'hieh can only bo disposed of by the Bword. The situation of Germany to-day belongn to this category. At the moment conditions are favorable. France is not ready ta fight, and Britain is involved in intercolonial and colonial difficulties. Russia shrinks from war because she fears revolution. The writer asks,- "Shall we wait until our opponents are ready, or shall we use the favorable moment to force a decision?"
