Tlllii REBATE I}UKSTIOX. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, February 26. Mr. Mcßride, Agent-General for Victoria. brought under Mr. Ilarcourt's notice the practice of the Port of London Authority granting rebates discriminating against the small importer, and asked for an annulment of the power to grant rebates. Mr. llarcourt has submitted the question to the Board of Trade.
