ACCUSED REMANDED. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright London, February 2:1. Following the arrest of a woman at Charing Cross station on a charge of espionage, Gould's house at Southflelds was searched and several incriminating documents relating to the navy found. The woman stated that she tore up the address where she was going to at Brussels. The police found fragments revealing the name Petersen. Gould stated that the woman was biking a message from him, but did not know the contents. Gould is a cigar merchant, a Britisher. Both accused were remanded.

The woman denied knowledge of the contents, but admitted liar intention to take them to Brussels.
