Miss Flora Grace Abbott, aged 30, a daughter of Mr William Abbott, Alicetown, died yesterday from injuries caused by a fall from her bicycle last Wednesday evening, as the result of a collision with another cyclist. The coroner said deceased had evidently lost his nerve oil hearing the bell, and jumped in front of the car without turning round. lie returned a verdict that the accident was caused by deceased being knocked down by u tram ear, 110 blame being attachable to anyone. ARTILLERY MAN KILLED. Nelson, Last Night. While several permanent artillerymen were exercising the horses this morning, Gunnel' Peter Harvey's mount' became restive and fell with its rider, who was heavily thrown and rendered unconscious. He was removed to the hospital, where it was found he had sustained a fracture of the base of the skull and other injuries, lie died at 11.30 p.m.
