— v I ANOTHER PANKJIURST ADDRESS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, February 22. Mrs. Punkhurst gave an address lasting three-quarters of an hour to a large crowd in front of the balcony of a private house in Glebe Place. At the tdose a party of women, one resembling Mrs. Punkhurst, ran out and -escaped after a scuffle. Detectives continue to guard Glebe Place.

Suffragettes interrupted the morning services at St. Gile'e Cathedral, Edinburgh, by chanting the petition- "God save Annie Kenny and Bacbael Peace." The congregation commenced a hymn, ami the vergers escorted the women out. Two youths accompanying them resisted.
