S('I(OOL CHAMPIONSHIPS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Saturday. To-day, under ideal weather condition*, the North Canterbury Public Schools Amateur Athletic Association held its fourteenth annual sports meeting at Lancaster Park. Competition was keen and entries of 70, 80, 00 or even 100 competitors were very common. Displays of drill and so on were the. centres of attraction. Altogether the meeting, was a great success. Results:— Championship Shield—Marist Bros., 47 points, 1; Addiugton, 27 points, 2; Christchurch West, 23 points, 3. . Girls' Challenge Shield—Sydenham, G4 points, 1; Somerlield, 32'/ 2 points, 2; Woolston, 23% points, 3; Papanui, 16 points, 4.
