SUGGESTION AKUEBB GERMAN PRESS. liy Cable—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, February 10. The Hamburger Nachriehtcn strongiy protests against Mr. Smut's speech at a banquet in Johannesburg, wherein he predicted that the Union of South 'Africa should include the greater part, and perhaps all, of the land south of the equator.
