LARGE EXTRTES. Tlic Tanmaki Agricultural .Society's itutinnii sliow is always a popular fixture, both among farmers anil townspeople. This year the indications '.re that I'ebruary 23 ami '2(i will see a show I'lyjjer and better than ever before. The entries closed with the secretary 011 Saturday night, and thev xliow a lar»e increase in numbers as 'compared with last year's show, anil also a distinct improvement in the quality of the exhibits. .The arrangements for'the show have never been more comprehensive. The (IoR section is in the hands of the delegates from the newly-formed Kennd Club, and the various cattle classes .into he attended to by the most competent men ill the district. Displays of machinery and farm implements will be in evidence, and for the amusement seeker pure and simple side shows ,i;.(l novelties will provide all that can he j denired.
