The British Immigration I/cague is establishing a company to buy estates in New South Wales, erect homes and farm buildings, clear and fence and make ready so that immigrant farmers may go straight from the ship to farms Mr.' Easton, secretary of the movement, will leave for England in April. He hopss to have £IOO,OOO available. The company is called Australian Settlement, Ltd. The profits of sharehold« ers are limited to fl per cent. It is proposed to sell the farms on easy terms, spreading payments over a long period. There will be no payments of the principal during the first five years.
