This bill was thrown out, ] and Ashwin was discharged. >l Sentences were passed as follows:--J Stephen Gohling, for theft, was declared lan habitual criminal; Charles Larsen, I burglary, four months; Norman Leon- , avd Fiiidlay, forgery, live charges, eight-' ! een months: Alfred Howard, theft, four I charges, ordered to ucme up for senj tence when called on; Frederick Dyson, 5 theft of a ring, four months; .Matilda I ;!
