DEPUTATION'S TO THE MIN'tsTEl!. , Jiy Telegraph—Press Association. Dunodin, Last Night. I This evening three deputations waitj ed on the lion. F. 51. IS. Fisher, Minuter for Custom-. They represented hat manufacturers, piano importers, mid leather importers. The questions raised were of a highly technical character, involving decisions under Ihe tariff and alleged grievances against the finding* of the Customs expert in Loudon. The Minister, after hearing the full' statement of the case'on behalf of the deputationisls, promised to make enquiry into the matters brought under liis notice.
