A SKIRMISH AT KOUTSI. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Athens, February S. Twenty Greek soldiers in the village »f Koutsi, Albania, chased a large band •f Albanians. Three Greeks were killed,, four wounded and eight arc missing. The resident* in the village who were Accomplices in the crime abandoned their home and retreated with the Albanians.
