K. Wilson! •I. 1. Mamnx. and X. T. Maunder. An apology for absence was received from Or. A. If. Johnstone. IUTIIS COMMITTEE REPORT. The report was adopted. PAYXTKR'S LAKE WIDENING. - Messrs. Govett and Ouilliam, Borough Solicitors, wrote in connection with the part of the voad proposed to be dedicated to the llorough. It was decided to put down a kerb and channel in that portion of Liardefc street between Cill street and Molesworth street. Mr. K. Kllis, clerk to the Tarnnaki County Council, wrote regarding the question of Mr. Tribe's contribution to his council for road formation, stating that his council would lake no further action in the matter,
