Last. week a jury disagreed, and to-day another jury found Harrington not guilty. DUNEDIX SESSIOXS. i Dunedin, Last Night. At ths fcupremo Court to-day, William Sinclair was acquitted on a' charm of committing an iudecen'. assault on a girl of 15 year* of age, near Alexandra. Thomas Drain, an old man, was acquitted on a charge of indecently assaulting a girl of seven years at Balclutha.
