Shaw deliberately understated the defendant's liability and misstated his own financial position, but the court knew no reason which suspended or modified the doctrine that lie who came for relief from a hard or unconscionable bargain must come with clean hands. Judgment was given for the defendants. Mr. Hunter, for the Law Society, applied for a rule nisi calling on Mr. Shaw to appear before the fourt to show reason why he should not be struck oIT the roll on the grounds of I .fraudulent conduct and sentenced to imprisonment.
