Edward Croft, a young man, was found guilty on a charge of theft and sentenced to twelve months imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal. AUCKLAND DIVORCES. Auckland, Yesterday. In the Supreme Court decreet* nisi were granted in Arthur Thayer Close v. Eve Close, desertion, and Mary Anne Smith v. Charles Kingsley\ Smith, misconduct.
