REFERENDUM DEMANDED. By Telegraph Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. A meeting of delegates representing tin; electorates of Egniont, Oroua, Patea, Kangitikei, Stratford, Taranaki, Waimarino and Wanganui, and with :i signed membership of 10,704, passed a resolution to-night expressing the conviction that a sutl'icicnt number of people in New Zealand have evidenced their desire for a referendum on the Bible in State schools question to justify ">e Government introducing the nc'egislation.
