BIX I'KOI'LE PEMSIL % Gable— Association—Copyright Received 27, 9.40 p.m. Ottawa, January 27. An explosion of coal oil at Quebec ignited the clothes of a boy named Robin. He rushed amongst his relatives. Nino others were ignited, and ei.\ were burned to death.
