GENERAL. The following grounds committee was appointed:—Messrs. Connett, 11. H. Street, R. Johnston, F. Watson, L. Jackson, 0. A. Colson, A. Lister, and E. Elliott. The secretary was instructed to obtain prices and designs for medals, and to attend to the matter of exhibitors' passes. Seven new members were elected.
