Europe is being daily startled with sensational rumors of the Kaiser's indisposition, the Pope's illness, the Austrian Emperor's death, and the revolution in Spain, while Sweden is apprehensive that Russia meditates an attack upon her, although the Russian Government indignantly denies that it entertains any such designs.
