Archdeacon Kvans delivered a short address, statin- the purposes of i of the League and its idea of helping the Cottage Hospital at Uruli. Mr -Mallet also spoke. The Union Jack presented by -Mrs U. C. Hughes to tlio League, was' unfurled by Mrs Hughes and tile Yen. Archdeacon Kvans. "Utile, Britannia." and God Save the King were then sung.
