Holman, Premier, Colonial Secretary and Attorney-General. Hon. J. S. T. McGowen, Minister' of Labor and Industry. Hon. J. H. Cann, Colonial Treasurer and Minister of Railways. Hon. A. Griffiths, Minister of Lands and Agriculture. Hon. A. C. Carmichael. Minister of Education. Hon. 1). R. Hall, Minister of. Justice. Hon. F. Flowers, Vice-President of the Executive Council. This Ministry contains practically the same members as the original McGowen Ministry. Mr. Griffith, who had broken away and shown signs of independence, has been reinstated, and Mr. Carmichael, who resigned office owing to his nephew having been involved in a criminal charge, has come back.
