Wilshire (Unionist) 9279, Hartley (Labor) £SBO. A SOCIALIST TRIUMPH. , Received 29, 5.5 p.m. London, June 29. Mr. Wilshire's speeches harped cm the necessity for fewer State officials and more personal liberty. He included a condemnation of the Insurance Bill. The small Socialist vote is regard as a triumph for Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald.
