There are renewed rumors of Cabinet changes. Some Unionist papers assert that Mr. Asquith intends to appoint Sir Rufus Isaacs in succession to Lord Alverstone. The proposal Ls condemned, in view of Sir Rufus's association with the Marconi cases. The Spectator states tftat it does not believe the rumor, and adds that no Prime Minister could replace Lord Alverstone in 'the way suggested.
