NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.
13 PER CENT. DIVIDEND. Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The general manager of the National* Bank of New Zealand Ltd., has received a cable message from their London Board advising the declaration of a dividend of li per cent for the half year, and a bonus to shareholders of one per cent, on the paid-up capital of £500,000, equalling 13 per cent, in all for the year ended 31st March last. A sum of £20.000 has been added to the Reserve Fund which will then stand at £520,000, ami' £15,000 has been added to the reserve' for depreciation of investments and £30.750 lias been carried forward. Tin' directors have further allocated f 15.0(H) in reduction of the bank premises account, and £4OOO to the officers' pension fund. The annual meeting of the bank will be held in London on the Ist July.
