HAWERA. There is invariably some delay in ol* taming rebates from the Railway Department after shows, owing, in most cases, to exhibitors neglecting to forward the necessary forms to the secretary. A brief description of the mode of procedure will therefore not be out of place; and anyone sending exhibits by rail, and desiring a rebate on freight, would do well to heed s what follows. When forwarding exhibits, prepay railage, and at the same time obtain n certificate maTked which the exhibitor must sign and post to the show secretary. If these instructions are carried out the exhibits will be returned carriage free, and half the cost of carriage already paid will be returned. Should anv portion of the exhibits be sold at the show, the remainder will be returned carriage free, only provided a.'-"B" certificate is furnished. Exhibits should he legiblv addressed '"Secretary Dominion Dairy Show, Itawyni." together with the sender's name and railway station.
