RESTLESS LABOR. THREATENED STRIKES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 17,, 12.30 a.m. London, June 16. Three thousand farm laborers in West Lancashire have given notice of a strike, failing a minimum of 24s weekly. At Forcstdean the colliers forwarded the Masters' Association a notice to terminate the wages agreement with a view to arranging a separate scale of pay for steam and house coal. A total of 5287 boilermakers balloted in favor of an eight hours' day, and 578 against.
