BULGARIA AND SERVIA. ARBITRATION AGREED TO. By Cable—Press. Association—Copyright. London, June 12. Bulgaria and Servia have accepted the Czar as arbitrator. EASING THE TENSION. Received 13, 5.5 p.m. Belgrade, June 12. In order to relieve the tension the Government has addressed a Note to Bulgaria, suggesting a reduction of her troops to one-fourth. TURKEY STILL WATCHING. (Sydney Sun Cables.) London, June 2. Turkey continues sending troops to Chataldja, and is also placing orders abroad for arms and ammunition. The impression prevails in Constantinople that the order for demobilisation has not ieen issued pending the solution of the trouble between the Allies. VIENNA DESPONDENT. ARBITRATING THE . DISPUTE. London, June 2. . There is despondency -in' business circles in Vienna over the possible outbreak of renewed hostilities in the Balkans. It has been suggested that the President of tha United States shall'arbitrate between Servia and Bulgaria.
