THE CITY TRANQUIL Constantinople, June 12. Shevket Pasha was buried on the Hill of Liberty, where the soldiers were interred who were killed in the 1909 -revolution. There was great military pomp. The newspapers extol Shcvket's integrity and patriotism. There have been further arrests, including Djevad, the chaffeur of the assailants' car. The city is tranquil. FURTHER UNREST. j THE ARBITRATION ACCEPTANCE. Received 13, 11.50 p.m. Constantinople, June 13. One hundred and fifty arrests have been made, including : Salih Pasha {the' Sultan's former, aide), General, Hadji, i and'Naminza : Pasha; (whovis.a Circassian Prince).
