NORTH OF AUCKLAND.
A FIXE PROSPECT. Per Press Association. Dargaville, Last Night. Mr. J. G. Coatcs, member for Kaipara, who has this week viewed fifty farms, states that the North of Auckland has made a phenomenal recovery from the summer drought, and that places which two weeks ago were absolutely bare now exhibit close grass three inches iiigh. He suites that the position of the settlers is quite the reverse of what it appeared ;i month ago.
