AN AUSTRIAN EXPEDITION. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Vienna, June 5. Arrangements are being completed for an Austrian Antarctic expedition to cost £25,000. It will start in May, 1914, under Dr. Felix Kotnig, who waß a member of Lieutenant Filchner's Antarctic expedition. Filchner's ship has been purchased for £8258. LECTURE BY COMMANDER EVANS. London, June 5. Mr. Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, presided at Commander Evans's first public Antarctic lecture in the Queen's Hall. Though Mr. Churchill spoke only a few minutes, six suffragettes were ejected for interrupting.
