LYTTELTON LICENSES.

UNFAVORABLE REPORTS.

Per Press Association.

Christchurch, Last Night. The annual meeting of the Lyttelton District Licensing Committee was held to-day. The chairman announced that in consequence of the nature of the police report regarding the condition of the hotels, and a report from the District Health Officer in the same connection, the committee had decided to make a personal visit of inspection to all the hotels concerned. Their future course of action would be determined by the result of the inspection. The annual meeting was therefore adjourned until June 18.
