BURGLARY AT GORE.

Per Press Association. Gore, Monday. The. premises of W. Lewis and Co., drapers, were broken on Saturday night. The safe was removed to a back yard adjoining; The intruders had evidenthr been disturbed, as the safe was found yesterday unopened. There were evidences of chisel and iron bar work on the safe in an attempt to force it open. Ihe door leading into the office was burst open and the safe lifted through a widow. Saturday's cash takings in the safe were found intact. A drawer in the tle.sk was also forced open. Nothing waß nilsse.d. The police are making enquiries.
