THE OTIRA TUNNEL. THE MARINE DEPARTMENT. Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Minister of Public Works, stated to-day that the specilcations for the uncompleted portion of the Otira tunnel j were still in the hands of the Public Works' Department. The Minister «f Marine stated to-day that for the year ended March 31, the Marine Department revenue totalled £57,759, and the expenditure £63,309. These figures include the Department of Fisheries, Meteorological, Harbours, and Lighthouses, Fish and' Oysters, and Government steamers accounts.
