Kebty-Fletcher, resulted.-—'Hamilton (Conservative) 9407, Kay-Shuttleivorth (Liberal) 8147. [The voting at the general election was: Kebty-Fletcher (C) 8002, Sir W. J Crossley (L) 7883.] London, May 29. Hamilton, M.P., attributed his victory to the dislike of the Insurance Act, the Home Rule Bill, arid the Disestablishment Bill. PRESS CRITICISM. Received 30, 11.20 p.m. i •i , London, May 30. 1 Tile Financial News says that the campiign for the Altrincham seat was like (hat for the Newmarket seat. It was fought upon the Marconi enquiry as regards tlie middle-class electors, and on the Insurance Act for the workers. The Daily News admits that there waf> a falling away of the full flood of vigorous Liberalism displayed at the Bolton election. The country needs educating to the advantage of the Insurance Act.
