A £SO FINE. Per Press Association. Ashburton, Last Night. Mward Robert Hill appeared on a charge of keeping liquor for sale in a no-license district. Fourty-four bottles of whisky had been discovered by the police under the false bottom of a clipboard in defendant's kitchen a week ago, and consequently he did not attempt to defend the case. A fine nf £SO was inflicted.
