BOWLING.
FITZROY CLOSING DAY. Yesterday saw the closing of the Fitaroy bowling green for the present season. The pleasant afternoon caused a fair number of bowlers to foregather on the green, which proved to be in good playing order. The following games were played:— Lister, Clinch, Oxcnham, Jackson (s), 29, v. Morshead, Price, Chivers, Lealand (s) 24. Brooker Dingle, Avery, Abbott (s) 21, v. Callahan, McNeil, Healey and Rennell (s) 32.
