A UNIQUE ASSOCIATION. Sydney, May .21. A unique limited liability company has been formed and registered in Sydney. It is not out for profit. The memorandum of association says that it is formed for charitable purposes and named the British Immigration League, New South Wales branch. Its objects include the opening of agricultural areas in New South. Wales, settling immigrants on the land, fostering the immigration of rural workers, and domestics, also such artisan labourers as can be absorbed without congesting the labour market.
