STRIKE RIOTS IX AMEIUCA. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Now York, May 18. There have boon continuous riots in connection with the street car strike at Cincinatti. The strikers hurled from first floor windows steel beams and ba"s of cement in their efforts to derail the cars. Several car crews were beaten into insensibility. The police are powerless. The State Governor has refused to call out the troops.
