The Magistrate said that the plaintiffs were quite entitled to recover, and he gave judgment for .€l3O. In the case jof E. A. Nichol v. Stone, a claim for damages in. connection with injuries arising out of the King-Stone motor eollisjin. plaintiff being one of the occupants of Klng>/ car at the 1 time of the occurrence, judgment was given in favor of plaintiff lor £2O.
