THE TERRITORIALS.

TUB ORIXGT CAMP. By Telegraph —Press Association. Dannevirke, Last Night. The camp of mounted men at Oringi was visited yesterday and to-day by General (iodley, who inspected- the troops and watched the winking out of a tactical brigade scheme, leaving by train later for Auckland. The General expressed himself as pleased with the work and the manner in which the men carried out their duties. The weather had certainly been atrocious. ' A gale blew last night, accompanied by heavy rain. Several tents and two large marquees were blown down, but, considering the sodden nature of th<> ground, it is a wonder that all the tents were not razed The camp will conclude on Saturday. The health of the men has been particularly good, considering the trying conditions.
